specific questions on Free TTS (java)

hello,
has some one used FRE TTS developed in java?
may be this is off topic and I am sorry if it is.
I just wanted to know that if I have voices in festival built under
linux, can I use them in Free TTS on windows?
I mean, on the web site of fre tts they say that importing of festival
voices built with festvox is possible.
but I want to know if this is possible even if I run fre tts on window?
