sending mail

Hello,

I think I have set up fetchmail. I didn't set it up with gmail instead I 
used my isp account.
Which didn't require ssl.

Anyway I still can't send.
Could someone please tell me how to use the exim4-config screen?
I don't understand the questions about it.
Could someone walk me through setting exim4 up just to send mail and I 
could keep the fetchmail configuration I have to receive?
Or is there a conf file I can modify like fetchmail and set it up there?
