bluetooth headsets

Hi list,
Right now, I have a pair of analog wireless headphones and a
transmitter that plugs into the sound card.
The headphones are wearing out.
I'm looking for something that will play software speech and other
audio with fair quality.
Has anyone had any luck with bluetooth audio gear?  Suggestions are
appreciated.
