[Offtopic] Brltty display parameters

Hello all,
I tried to start Brltty out of the console with the parameters for the 
currently used display and the device. Maybe some of you have experiences 
with the GRML, a debian-based distri.

But the question is how to start Brltty with a Baum Vario Display (emulation 
1, ttyS0).
