Emacspeak With Festival?

Hi, folk,
I've noticed that Oralux uses Flite with Emacspeak, but when I tried
installing Emacspeak on Ubuntu and it ran the configuration utility for
speech, festival wasn't one of the options. I'm having trouble finding the
path to it, and I'm not even sure which file it wants me to point to.
In any case, the choices for the install are Dectalk software and hardware,
mostly. Eventually I'll use dectalk software, but I'd like to find a way to
use festival. Or would it simply be easier to pop Oralux into the CD drive
when I want to use Emacspeak?
Actually, an aside--Brltty with speech works pretty well with emacs, but
it's not as rich an audio environment, of course.
Thanks,
Teresa
