[dm-devel] Re : help: device mapper table syntax for mirror option

Hi All,

I am trying to mirror two hard disk partitions of 200MB each with following devicemapper table settings

***********
0 819200 mirror core 1 1024 2 /dev/hda7 3363831808 /dev/hda8 3573547008
***********
and i am getting the following error.

device-mapper ioctl cmd 9 failed: No such device or address
 Command failed

This is my partition table.

Disk /dev/hda: 255 heads, 63 sectors, 1240 cylinders Units = cylinders of 16065 * 512 bytes

in table file.

 Thanks and kind regards,
