Device offsets/sizes should be specified in units of sectors (512 bytes)
so second param (device size) should be 200781*2 ? [=number of sectors
on /dev/hda7 = num sects on /dev/hda8]

And if you specify device /dev/hda7 you probably then want offset to be 0 
within that device?  [and same for hda8]
