More patches against 2.6.0-udm5. With this, I think dm-multipath is ready for
general testing. Joe mentioned to me last week that he'd like to add some
"throttling" code to the path-testing logic so the paths don't get tested
more often than they need to, so I may work on that in the next day or two.

Revision 1:
  In do_work(), return the minimum test_interval value of all mpath devices
 so the daemon will periodically wake up and test the paths.

Revision 2:
  path->test_sector is unused. Remove it.

Revision 3:
  Remove unnecessary log messages.
