[dm-devel] Multipath bug reporting

I've added a 'Multipath Bug Reporting' section to 
  http://sources.redhat.com/dm/
which has links to bugzilla.redhat.com.

For a trial period, I'm attempting to get all bugs and feature 
requests related to device-mapper multipath - including proposed 
kernel patches - recorded there.
