Hi,
if do_end_io() gets called, has no paths available and queue_if_no_path
is set, the hw-specific error handler is never called for that bio
because we immediately skip to the requeue label; although it might do
something like fail the IO, or keep track of some internal stats etc.
Is that intentional behaviour?
