[dm-devel] Dm-devel ioctl-skip-lockfs patch

Hello,

How to apply below dm-ioctl-skip-lockfs.patch ? Maybe there is some bug ?

With above patch newest device-mapper 1.01.06 from cvs compiles fine but 
kernel not at all.
I tested it with 2.6.14-rc2(-rc2), 2.6.12.6, 2.6.12.3, 2.6.13.2 and 
2.6.13.3 kernel series and at any time kernel sources wasn't  compiles.
