I have attached the latest userspace enabling code for dm-userspace.
I have made quite a lot of changes to the library code (dmu.{c,h})
which I think makes it cleaner. I have also added the ability to
return 0 from handler functions and submit maps or endios later, which
should allow us to increase performance in cases where operations
cannot be completed sequentially.
If this looks good, I can post a real patch against libdevmapper.
I will also plan to post an updated version of my cowd application a
bit later, once all the changes have been integrated.
