You can drop this in your udev/rules.d directory:

> cat /etc/udev/rules.d/95-mpdc.rules 
RUN+="socket:/org/kernel/dm/multipath_event"


Obviously you need to have your multipathd to start _before_ your
iSCSI daemon.
