The documentation IS shipped. As is often the case with Linux, finding it's
not as simple as it should be.
I'm not fond of html documentation, but just suppose that Apache had a
directory, ~apache/links.
Each package that included HTML documentation puts <something> into that
directory.
Each time Apache's restarted, <something> regenerates documentation links and
created a page accessible at http://localhost/docs/
There IS such an URL now, but it's pretty grot^H^H^Hbasic.
Apache is part of the base set, and by default is configured to start and
listen on 127.0.0.1:80.
I actually don't care what server's used. Tux if the Gods of RH prefer.
