mozilla missing SSL after upgrade to 7.2?

Hi,

I just upgraded a toshiba laptop from 7.0-7.2. Most everything seems OK,
so far, except Mozilla.

It works, although seems sluggish, for vanilla sites. But, it seems to
do nothing when you try to go
to any https:// url. Also, in my preferences, there is no SSL tab where
the manual says it should be.

I wondered if anyone knows how to fix this. I tried installing the
rawhide 0.96 package w/no apparent
change in behavior.
