This is a known race condition I didn't get around to fixing yet. kicker
is restarted twice by the configuration wizard; if you happen to click the
Next button for the 2nd restart before it has come back up from the first
restart, it's gone until you re-login.
The fix ATM is to give it some more time between hammering Next buttons.
It'll also be fixed in the next version.
