I guess I don't see this is the answer to my question. When one does a
cat issue, the second line should tell me what kernel I am using. It
both upgrades I did from 7.1 to 7.2 the issue file  does not contain
that information. I don't see that knowing what rpm issue came from
will help correct the contents. How does issue get to contain the
information of what kernel is being used. There must be a part of the
boot process that sets it. How is it set?
