rhlug problem

Well there is something wrong with my 7.1 installation. I can get to
www.rhlug.org from my 7.2 systems and from other 7.1 systems around.
However, whenb I try to use netscape to reach www.rhlug.org from my 7.1
system it starts trying to get ther but then goes into an endless cycle
of XXXXXXX.css pages that forces me to kill the netscape. (where the X's
are a string of numbers).

Can someone (Bero I guess) tell me what might be wrong with my 7.1
system?
