Since I can't reproduce it, my only advice can be that Netscape is broken
and binary-only, therefore unfixable. Don't use it.
Try using any of the following:
Konqueror http://www.konqueror.org/
Mozilla http://www.mozilla.org/
Lynx http://lynx.isc.org/
Galeon http://galeon.sourceforge.net/
