That's a pretty crummy reply. There ARE some diagnostic steps that can be
taken to determine whether it actually is a Netscape problem. I don't suppose
for a moment there's a malicious webmaster involved, but one could produce
that kind of problem.
Trying another browser is one, but my experience is that N's more
reliable than M, and that K has more than its share of problems too.
Examinging squid logs (if possible) is an excellent one.
Recommending that Aaron upgrade to the latest release would be more helpful.
The problem is only unfixable once it's established that the problem
actually IS Netscape. Without taking proper diagnostic steps, you just don't
know.
