kde install location

i just installed a brand new shiny version of rh7.2
and included kde in the install
but when i'm trying to install q_nix (a theme)
it's asking me _where_ kde is installed...
  ...and i don't know.

the default in q_nix's configure script is /usr/
but i see no evidence of kde there

where should i be looking?
