You didn't mention whether the office machine's a server.
I'd reckon on a server being more difficult as
1. Apache will require reconfiguring. Addons may also need changes.
2. Sendmail will require reconfiguring, and that (done properly) requires one
to read and digest some fairly turgid prose.
3. A server is likely to have third-party software such as IBM's DB2,
Oracle's Oracle and that is likely to be tied to specific binaries (such as
glibc). I have seen reports of difficulties installing DB2 to newer (at the
time) versions of RHL.
4. Samba will need to be reconfigured.
And so on.
