Yes, you can download the src.rpm from the Red Hat ftp site, or install
it from the sources cd. Install it with rpm -i kernel-2.4.9-13.src.rpm
Look under /usr/src/redhat/SPECS for kernel-2.4.spec. This includes a
list of all patches included in the 2.4.9-13 RPM.
