Simply boot from the installation CD in rescue mode, mount your root
filesystem and execute "grub-install /dev/hda" from it (supposing you want
to put grub back into the mbr of the primary IDE drive). I suppose the same
command from any other place would also work (any other rescue CD
containing grub binaries).
