You can give Virtual Network Computing a try (
http://www.uk.research.att.com/vnc), it's free and multi platform (Win,
Linux, Mac?).
For additional security, you can use it with SSH (read the FAQ's in their
web site).

I have 3 Linux server in my network. I am working  in one server. if i want
to work any othere 2 server i need to go there. How do  i make xlogin from
my PC to another 2 linux PC without going there?
