Getting password of an authenticated user

Hi:

I have configured a directory for Web authentication with AuthConfig. From a
CGI script (preferably in PERL), is there a way to get the password of an
authenticated user?

The environmental variable listing shows the REMOTE_USER name, but not the
password. I would like to use the same username and password to authenticate
database user of MySQL. Is that possible?


Any help will greatly be appreciated.
