We used the linux rescue option of the 7.2 boot disk to boot. On the
/sda1 partition of the disk was a installed 7.2 linux system which of course
was mounted but not running. When we looked at the /mnt/sysimage/proc
directory it was not empty but contained the same array of pseudo files that
were found in /proc.
As a separate problem when we tried to remove /mnt/sysadmin/dev directory it
said that /mnt/sysadmin/dev/pts was in use.
Any explanations out there as to why this happened?
