Ok, good place to start, except I have already ran a memory doctor scan and
found no problems. Plus the panel segmentation fault appears on two
completely different machines. I did install Red Hat Linux 6.1 on the EISA
machine and it is running without any (apparent) problems. I do plan to run
it for a while and see what it does. X works fine, as does everything else.
The only problem is I wanted 7.x, not 6.x which still leaves an unresolved
problem.
Is there anyone on this list with EISA, 64M and Adaptec SCSI who can offer
insight or input regarding 7.2, is it possible to get it to run?
Thank you Andrew, I appreciate the suggestion. I am sure this problem does
not have a fast or easy answer, and at the risk of wrath, I too would like
to know:
When will the next Red Hat release occur?
(In my particular circumstance, I feel one is definately needed).
