:So what could be going wrong?
First of all, XFree86-libs-4.1.99.2-0.2.3 is not an Enigma package.
Enigma's most recent XFree86 update (4.1.0-15) does not contain an
libXrandr.* in its XFree86-libs package either. Hence I'd guess the
problem here is that you're trying to make an automated update of a
system that has Raw Hide installed, and probably also a package that
depends on libXrandr.* and thus XFree86-libs-4.1.99.2-0.2.3.
