Project leader needs to lead, coordinate, and ensure that things get done. Doesn't have to be--and usually *shouldn't* be--the strongest programmer. He/she should just have a strong interest in seeing it get done, so that if everyone starts slacking off over time he/she can (gently) arouse enough enthusiasm in people to get the thing going.


As such, I hereby tag you: you're "IT" for the moment. You can try to resign later and we'll discuss it, but for now... suck it up. <grin>

Post a message on redhat-list and enigma-list when you're setup on freshmeat/sourceforge/whatever, and a bunch of us will go sign up and help. Note that you'll need to ensure that Eric, Trond, or another of the RH wizards are onboard or we are not going to get very far... :) You can sweet-talk this person or persons into just guiding if need be instead of doing, but we *need* that guidance.

Let us know when we're "online". :) I'll be waiting.
