Did you use the Server Assistant Disk to begin the install? The instructions
I have for supplying the Perc3-Di PCI values do not use the Server
Assistant but a direct load from the RH CD in expert noprobe mode
followed by an Add Device entry where the PCI parameters are manually
entered. However, in a prior install where I used the Dell instructions and
Server Disk, the NICS were recognized and properly loaded.
I'm wondering if a fresh install that used the Server Assistant and another
approach to configuring the accraid driver might not solve this problem.

The one downloaded from Dell is: bcm5700-2.2.22.i386.rpm

There is no ifcfg.eth[0,1] in that directory.
Of course, I can't be sure of this but this seems to me like a mistake I have
made in the installation process.
