No kernel headers for 2.4.18-17x ???

Has anyone else noticed that there doesn't seem to be a Kernel Headers
RPM for the 2.4.18-17x kernel errata issued a few weeks ago?

Is this intentional?

Are we supposed to keep on using the 2.4.9-34 kernel headers?
