Try specifying the amount of memory at boot. Use the command:
linux mem=256

The problem is that Redhat does not recognise the amount of memory that the
server has. Currently it has 256M of memory which has all been replaced
several times, thinking that it could be duff memory, but still no joy. On
initial boot up, the memory is tested as usual and it is all there, (this
was running NT server and was fully functional)
