problems with sendmail

Hy every body.

I need to install a sendmail server and it has to make delivery with 
anothe mail hub and my users have to read the mail using pop3 or imap.

My ask is about the configuration of sendmail for this. If is to hard, 
and some body can tell me what feature can i use to said the sendmail who 
is the Mail Hub. I will be happy.
