I think you mean the /etc/mail/sendmail.mc file. editing the
/etc/sendmail.cf directly is not recommended.

search for DS entrie in /etc/sendmail.cf file
# "Smart" relay host (may be null)
DSyourmailhub.domain.com
or add
define(`SMART_HOST', `yourmailhub.domain.com')
to your sendmail.cf file and regenerate the sendmail.cf
