Thanks for your quick response! My server is only on the local network,
so i do not enable the firewall on linux.
As firewall i'm using Novell BorderManager wich i have switched off to
see if thats the problem, but is was not. 

At http://ldp.kernelnotes.de/HOWTO/mini/XDM-Xterm/config.html i found
this document. So far i have checked these options but still no result.

So if anyone has any sugestions, they are welcome.
