* win4lin (formerly SCO Merge)
http://www.netraverse.com/

* wabi
... never mind, caldera last owned it and you can't buy it since 1998

* VirtualPC
http://www.connectix.com/index_win.html

* bochs
http://bochs.sourceforge.net/
a hardware emulator on which you can run pretty much anything, including
win2k, qnx, os2, ...

* wine
http://www.winehq.com/
not really like vmware at all. vmware emulates a machine, wine (sort of)
emulates windows itself enough to allow some apps to run, but you are
running discrete windows applications on linux, not windows applications
on windows on virtual hardware on linux.

* TWIN
http://www.willows.com/

* and I have actually run windows 3.11 in dosemu though I don't recommend
it :)
(and since there is no such thing as "perverted enough", I even had the
os2warp-alike replacement program manager shell on it, so it looked &
worked like warp, but it was win3.11, running in dosemu, displayed either
full-screen or in X)
