Converting from lilo to grub

I have a WGFW 3.11/Dos 6.22 partition on my 2nd harddrive that I boot 
from. 

How would I convert the following from what LILO uses to boot the 
partition to what GRUB would use? 

#boot Windows for Workgroups 3.11/Dos 6.22 partition
