Right now I'm finishing the installation of IEMS 6.0 International Exchange Messaging Server. Can't tell you if it's a good replacement yet but I'll know in a couple of days :). Heres the link to the web site.

SUPPOSEDLY the Bynari solution is a drop-in
replacement for Exchange.  So much so that you can
even, supposedly, use Outlook with it.

I have never used it, however.
