Help on printer setup under DOS

Hi there,

I'm having problems using a DOS Setup tool (RPCX by Brother)under 
DOSEMU emulator. This DOS program can't get the printer status and 
I think the problem is that there is no bi-directional communication 
with the printer. 

Anyone knows if it's possible this type of printer communication 
under DOSEMU?
