Hi,
the problem is resolved.
Something has changed the link "scanner". At the beginning the scanner was 
"sg0" and now its "sg3". I do not know why, but linking "/dev/scanner" to 
"/dev/sg3" or "/dev/sgd" let my scanner work again.
