I'd like to suggest that the EPEL people establish and document an own and
well-working procedure on how to reach their repository admins. The old
Fedora Extras tracker page at /PackageMaintainers/RepoRequests is obsolete
and out-of-date. Apart from that, it is not linked from within the EPEL
Wiki pages either.
