xenbuilder2 has gone missing some hours earlier, leading to communication
problems between build master and builder. Master says

  socket.timeout exception 'timed out' starting job on https://xenbuilder2.fedora.redhat.com

and apparently that is not seen as a condition under which the plague
server disables the unreachable builder.
