Shouldn't it be 'el 4' ? That's what RPMforge uses since the packages are
not specific to Red Hat and the disttag is el4 anyway, not rhel4.
As I mentioned before, we also set the macro 'el4 1', and not 'rhel4 1'.
A little consistency between disttags and macros would be nice.
