Updates in buildroots

fixed http://buildsys.fedoraproject.org/build-status/job.psp?uid=38872  sorry 
ot took so long.  this was believed to be fixed months ago.  it was reported 
again last week.   I edited the wrong set of mock configs.  but it is really 
fixed now.
