removed dnsmasq, perl-TimeDate, python-imaging and yum-utils from the EPEL5 repo

Hi,

just FYI, I removed dnsmasq, perl-TimeDate, python-imaging and yum-utils
from the EPEL5 master repo, as all of them are in EL5 since 5.1. They
will be gone from the EPEL repos with the next push.

@maintainers of those packages (CCed): could you please place a
dead.package in the EL5 branch of CVS that explains the issue with a few
words? tia!
