Repository updates

I built a package for EPEL 5 (collectd), last week.  It hasn't turned
up in the repository yet, judging by this:

http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/epel/5/i386/repoview/

How often to repo updates happen?  Can we expedite this new package
because someone is waiting to use it.
