BackupPC on EL4/EL5

Hi guys,

I'm the maintainer of BackupPC, and I recently pushed it into repository
for EL4 and EL5.

I was centered ont the build, and did not seen that a dependency was
missiong (perl-File-RsyncP). I've requested commit on these package, and
will ask for epel CVS soon.

As a dependency is still missing, plese consider that BackupPC should
not be move to stable until the problem is fixed.
