It is, you need to run 'cvs up' in your checkout in order to get the
new Makefile.common that will build this in koji.

It's important to know that updates are now handled via bodhi as well,
so simply building your package is no longer sufficient in order to
have it appear in the repos.  Make sure that you do a 'make update'
after your build completes as well.
