fakeroot, fakechroot in EPEL 5

I would like to backport the latest fakeroot and (especially)
fakechroot from Rawhide into EPEL 5, because I'm trying to add some
packages to EPEL which depend on them.

Does anyone have any objections?  As far as I can tell, the only
changes should be feature enhancements.  However as these are quite
complex packages, it is always possible there might have been some
regressions.
